👩🍳 Would you like to learn how to make real Romagna piadina? On summer Fridays, the Estense becomes Masterchef and you become a contestant: the prize is the title of best Romagna cook!
🥣 You will learn the secrets of the azdore under the expert guidance of Lady Chef Albarosa Zoffoli, a master sfoglina known for her TV appearances alongside great chefs such as Bruno Barbieri and Cannavacciuolo.
And at the end comes the best part: you will taste your own creations, receive a special gift, and if you did well… your Diploma of Romagnolità! 🎉
