👩🍳 Would you like to learn how to make the real Romagnola Piadina? Or the fresh pasta that symbolizes our region? Every summer Friday, Estense turns into Masterchef, and you become a contestant: up for grabs is the title of Best Romagnolo Cook!
🥣 You will learn the art of making Piadina or Tagliatelle and Cappelletti under the expert guidance of Lady Chef Albarosa Zoffoli, a master pasta maker famous for her TV appearances with great chefs like Bruno Barbieri and Cannavacciuolo.
😋 And at the end, the best part: you'll taste your creations and receive a super gift as well as the Diploma of Romagnolità! 🎉
The Romagna Cooking Classes are divided into two alternating events every Friday: the Piadina Cooking Class and the Mattarelli Cooking Class.
Piadina Cooking Class: at 21:30, in the outdoor veranda, to learn the tricks of the real Romagnola Piadina €25.00
Mattarelli Cooking Class: at 12:30, in the indoor restaurant, to discover the secrets of fresh pasta with Cappelletti and Tagliatelle €35.00
