Yoga at sunrise with Giulia from the Amrita yoga center is a short beachfront session designed to start the day with calm, energy, and lightness.
The experience takes place at the shoreline and is also suitable for those who have never practiced yoga. A simple and refreshing sun salutation, to feel the magic of the sea at dawn and enjoy a moment of authentic well-being.
It is also possible to attend individual and group yoga classes with Giulia at her Amrita center in Cesenatico.
