Every Wednesday at sunrise, Giulia from the Amrita Yoga Center welcomes you to a short seaside yoga session designed to start the day with calm, energy, and lightness.
The experience takes place directly on the sand and is suitable even for beginners. A simple, refreshing sun salutation to feel the magic of the sea at sunrise and enjoy a truly authentic moment of wellbeing.
Afterwards, breakfast with the whole yoga class at the Mattarelli social table: another special moment of sharing.
Location: beach of Gatteo Mare, meeting point in the lobby of Hotel Estense
When: June to September, at sunrise, by reservation
Price: €20 for external guests (includes a complimentary water bottle and beach towel)
Participants: minimum 4, maximum 20 people
